As Director, Payments & Banking Strategic Projects, you will lead strategic operational initiatives within Corpay’s Cross-Border division. The role spans payment processing, FX transactions, financial analysis, risk management, and customer experience. You will collaborate with treasury, FX trading, product, technology, risk, compliance, and senior leadership to improve operational effectiveness and business performance. Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic initiatives across banking, payments, and foreign exchange Drive transformation, governance, milestone tracking, and stage-gate approvals Analyze performance data, market intelligence, and operational inefficiencies Develop executive presentations, business cases, and performance reporting Assess financial, operational, regulatory, and compliance risks Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, banking, or related field At least seven years’ progressive financial services experience Understanding of banking operations, cross-border payments, and FX transactions Experience leading process improvement and operational change initiatives Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills Bring payments operations leadership, financial analysis, and transformation experience to Corpay’s Toronto-based strategic projects team.
