Lead enterprise AI platforms with generative AI and cloud architecture expertise at a GTA client through CoreFactor’s hybrid opportunity. Work onsite two days weekly. This permanent, full-time Manager role leads AI and data platform strategy, delivery, operations, and continuous improvement. You will guide generative AI, machine learning, enterprise search, AI agents, and AI-enabled applications. The position partners with architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, data governance, infrastructure, and business technology teams. Key Responsibilities:
Develop enterprise AI platform strategies, roadmaps, standards, and reference patterns Lead secure design, deployment, operation, and improvement of AI platforms Manage multidisciplinary staff, contractors, vendors, and delivery partners Establish governance, engineering, cost-management, and operational practices Guide platform adoption, training, issue resolution, and technology evaluation Requirements:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience Eight to ten-plus years of progressive technology experience Leadership experience in AI, data, cloud, or enterprise platforms Knowledge of generative AI, large language models, RAG, and AI agents Experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Azure AI, or Microsoft Copilot Apply enterprise AI leadership, platform engineering, governance, and cloud expertise while guiding secure, scalable capabilities for the GTA client.
