NetSuite transaction processing and reconciliation define this on-site contract assignment with CoreFactor in the west end of the GTA. The consultant works five days weekly in-office.
CoreFactor seeks an experienced accounting consultant to support a Zoho-to-NetSuite conversion. You will process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions while validating activity between both systems. The engagement covers the parallel run and initial post-go-live support as NetSuite becomes primary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor bills, invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses
- Enter journal entries and purchase-order-related transactions
- Reconcile NetSuite activity against corresponding Zoho transactions
- Investigate discrepancies and maintain exception documentation
- Support period-end balance comparisons and transition readiness
Requirements:
- Strong accounting experience across payables, receivables, and general ledger
- Significant hands-on NetSuite transaction and reconciliation experience
- Understanding of accounting flows and period-end reconciliation
- Experience resolving discrepancies with operational teams
- Familiarity with inventory accounting and ERP implementations
