This full-time coordinator position supports senior team members across challenging ICI-sector projects. Responsibilities include LEED, BOMA BEST, WELL, municipal standards, climate resiliency, and Zero Carbon Building initiatives. The position suits candidates with zero to three years of related experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and submit certification project documentation
- Respond to review comments and liaise with project stakeholders
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, deliverables, and project records
- Support workshops, presentations, training, and technical guidance resources
- Complete whole-building LCAs and embodied carbon assessments
Requirements:
- Knowledge of LEED, WELL, BOMA BEST, and Zero Carbon programs
- Understanding of sustainability concepts in the built environment
- Strong coordination skills across multiple simultaneous projects
- LEED AP preferred, or commitment to obtaining the designation
- Eligibility to work in Canada
