Bilingual Service Coordinator Laval

Convergint seeks a Bilingual Service Coordinator for its Laval team. You will manage incoming calls, coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and customers, and maintain service information. The work includes iCare, Spectrum, and IPlan administration, invoicing, reporting, and customer follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle, dispatch, track, schedule, and update incoming service calls
• Create and maintain iCare work orders for planned service
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, customers, and technical specialists
• Complete weekly invoicing, timesheets, reconciliation, and service reports
• Maintain customer databases and administer satisfaction follow-up procedures

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, or related office experience
• At least one year of call center, dispatch, customer service, or administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Basic knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchase orders, and work orders
• Strong organization, communication, flexibility, and attention to detail
