AZ Dump Truck Drivers at Laidlaw Carriers handle bulk hauling, trailer tarping, and cross-border routes between Canada and the U.S.
This full-time Company Driver position requires an AZ license and safe equipment operation. Drivers complete inspections, loading, unloading, cleaning, fueling, paperwork, and electronic logging. Heavy haul experience is preferred, or candidates need three years of over-the-road experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete pre-trip inspections and release fifth-wheel king pins
- Load and unload bulk or dump products
- Tarp dump trailers and remove cross bows
- Clean trailers, including frozen-product residue
- Maintain logs, customs paperwork, defects, and fuel records
Requirements:
- Hold a valid AZ license
- Maintain a good CVOR and drivers abstract
- Cross Canada-U.S. borders as required
- Lift 20 to 25 kilograms and climb trailers
- Stay in the truck Monday through Friday
