This Truck and Trailer Mechanic opening welcomes licensed 310T and 310J technicians, plus apprentices at level two or above. You will perform scheduled maintenance, preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs. The work also includes identifying parts, documenting completed work, and following company safety policies. Contrans Maintenance Group is hiring three technicians and three apprentices for its Blenheim shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance services
- Complete inspections and inspection sheets
- Install, dismantle, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment
- Identify parts required for repairs
- Document work and parts used
Requirements:
- Hold a 310T or 310J license
- Apprentices must be level two or above
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Own a personal set of tools
- Bring one year of mechanic or apprentice experience
