Alternative Payments is building the financial operating system for SMBs, consolidating the disconnected tech stack that holds service-based businesses back. Starting with MSPs, we've spent five years perfecting accounts receivable, and we're now expanding into accounts payable, AI-powered analytics, and beyond. We're at an inflection point: closing the loop on money movement and laying the foundation for a platform that will reshape how service businesses operate financially. We're growing fast, thinking big, and building a global team that wants to be part of something that lasts. We believe the best solutions come from diverse perspectives, deep collaboration, and a shared obsession with customer impact. If you're energized by real problems, real customers, and real impact, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager focused on paid media and webinars to turn paid acquisition and webinar programs into dependable sources of qualified demand. You will reach MSPs, IT companies and accounting firms across the United States and Canada, connecting campaigns to successfully completed demos and sales pipeline. You will report to our Manager, Demand Generation, and own day-to-day paid media and the full webinar program. Our in-house content team creates campaign and webinar assets. You will set briefs, coordinate delivery and use performance insights to guide iteration. Dedicated email and social marketers support promotion. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no direct reports.

What You’ll Do

  • Own day-to-day paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Partner with the Manager, Demand Generation on strategy, budget allocation and performance priorities, then lead setup, targeting, creative testing, optimization and reporting within the agreed plan.
  • Expand the paid-channel portfolio through disciplined experiments.
  • Own the full webinar program: plan topics and the calendar, recruit and prepare speakers, host and moderate sessions, manage event operations, and coordinate promotion and follow-up.
  • Connect webinars to paid and email demand generation.
  • Build practical AI workflows for audience research, campaign planning, experiment design, program operations, analysis and reporting.
  • Build a strong working relationship with Sales to review demo quality, understand customer objections, coordinate follow-up and use feedback to improve paid campaigns and webinars.
  • Work in two-week agile sprints.
  • Partner with Demand Generation and content on campaign and landing-page improvements.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of relevant growth, performance or demand-generation marketing experience, including B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on paid-media execution skills and the ability to explain your targeting, creative, bidding, budget and optimization decisions.
  • Strong analytical judgment.
  • Practical fluency with AI agents and automation.
  • Curiosity, initiative and sound experimental judgment.
  • The ability to coordinate work across content, email, social and Sales.
  • Strong ownership.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience marketing to MSPs, IT service providers or accounting firms.
  • Success building webinar programs, partner-led events or integrated paid and email campaigns.
  • Familiarity with agile marketing or cross-functional teams using two-week sprints.
  • Technical confidence with tracking, CRM reporting, integrations, landing-page experiments or lightweight code and automation.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary tailored to your experience, skills, and expertise.
  • Equity opportunities.
  • Unlimited PTO and flexibility.
  • Yearly learning & development stipend.

Why Choose Alternative Payments?

  • Lead meaningful, high-impact projects.
  • Work with a diverse, innovative team.
  • Your career journey is top of mind.
  • Thrive in a supportive culture.
