We're currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative in Calgary to work on our busy front desk, connecting with our valuedcustomers and offering them the friendly, prompt, and expert support that keepsthem coming back.
What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for General Contractors, Home Builders, Drywallers, Roofers, Insulation Contractors, and the general public.
- Greet customers and answer callswith professionalism and energy.
- Write and process orders, prepare quotes with accuracy .
- Handle payments, packing slips, and product pickup or delivery.
- Keep the showroom organized, up-to-date, and client-friendly.
- Execute CRM processes and maintaincustomer files.
- Contribute to sales meetings andbranch updates.
- Ensure a safe, clean, andproductive showroom environment.
- Additional duties as assigned by Sales or Branch Manager.
What You Bring
- A high school diploma (college ortrades background is a plus).
- Inside sales or building supplyexperience (preferred but not required).
- Quick learner with strong productcuriosity.
- Strong communication, customerservice, and problem-solving skills.
