Information Architecture Manager Legal Corporate in Vancouver

Build CC&L Financial Group’s information architecture for Legal and Corporate, with three Vancouver office days weekly and remote flexibility. This new Information Governance Manager role reports to the General Counsel and owns the structure, accessibility, retention, and governance of critical information. You will establish practical standards across document and records management, knowledge management, and enterprise content. Collaboration includes Legal, Information Systems, AI Enablement, HR, Accounting, and affiliates. Key Responsibilities:

Create naming conventions, information architecture, metadata, and retention frameworks Make repositories more searchable, accessible, and reliable Develop Legal’s structured library of reference materials Scale governance to shared legal files, HR, and Accounting records Guide standards and adoption across stakeholders and data librarians Requirements:

Seven-plus years in information architecture, records, or knowledge management Experience with document management structures and enterprise content management Strong understanding of information retention, privacy, and security Ability to implement frameworks across teams and entities Proactive ownership of a newly established function Shape enterprise information architecture, content standards, and practical governance processes across Legal and Corporate at CC&L Financial Group.
