As a Reconciliation Analyst, you're positioned in a key role vital for our firm's success. Your expertise will allow you to address various reconciliation items including cash, transactions, and holdings. Bringing 2+ years' investment operations experience, you'll work closely with custodians and portfolio managers to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile cash, transactions, derivatives, and dividends daily
- Communicate with custodians and prime brokers for issue resolution
- Assist auditors with accurate institutional account data
- Analyze reconciliation breaks for effective solutions
- Participate in process improvements and project implementations
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum 2 years in investment operations or institutional settings
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of capital markets and derivatives is beneficial
