This broad IT Support Specialist position serves office, engineering, and electronics manufacturing environments. You will troubleshoot daily issues while supporting systems, business applications, servers, and manufacturing technology. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support across office, engineering, and manufacturing departments
- Diagnose hardware, software, operating system, connectivity, and peripheral issues
- Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, licensing, email, groups, and permissions
- Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and equipment
- Develop and maintain internal applications, databases, scripts, and business tools
Requirements:
- Post-secondary IT education or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on Windows computer, hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting experience
- Practical understanding of network connectivity and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and services
- PHP programming and experience working with MySQL databases and queries
