CONNECT Parksville is hiring a Life Redesign Coach (Personal Support Worker) for day shifts to support people living with brain injury and stroke. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team, applying a doing-with approach to help clients set goals, gain independence and participate in daily activities.
Daily duties include personal care, meal preparation, light cleaning, supporting exercise and community outings, plus documentation.
