About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of People & Culture to shape and execute its people strategy in support of business objectives, organizational culture, and long-term growth. The role leads the Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Acquisition functions, while overseeing performance management, leadership development, talent mapping, and succession planning. Responsibilities include building effective HR partnership and talent programs, strengthening leadership capability and organizational effectiveness, and supporting workforce planning and organizational change. The VP will also establish metrics to assess talent initiatives and their impact, working closely with senior leaders to foster engagement, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive human resources experience, including leadership in sophisticated, talent-focused organizations. Demonstrated success leading Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner functions, and designing leadership development, performance management, talent review, and talent mapping programs, is required. Strong business acumen and the ability to align people strategies with organizational goals are essential, along with excellent communication, coaching, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills. The ideal candidate is collaborative, values-driven, highly organized, and experienced in building scalable processes, improving operations, and applying technology to enhance effectiveness.
