About the Role
The Company is seeking a Board Director, Worker Representative to bring an informed worker perspective to board discussions, strategic decisions, and organizational oversight. Candidates should have current or previous experience with a recognized labor organization and be trusted and endorsed by the labor community. They should understand workers’ compensation and workplace safety, including physical and psychological health and safety, and bring strategic thinking and an appreciation of board governance and fiduciary responsibilities. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to contribute respectfully to a consensus-oriented board are essential. Candidates must reside in New Brunswick; English-French bilingualism is preferred.
