Applicants must have a Canadian CPA designation, a minimum of 5 years' post-designation experience, and at least 3 years in a senior role within a dynamic, growing company. International business experience, exposure to import/export laws, and a background in the construction supplies business are all highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with external business partners, be an advanced Excel user with strong financial modeling skills, and have experience in selecting and implementing an ERP system. A collaborative and respectful approach to working with both internal and external customers, particularly in an international setting, is essential.
