About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Growth and Customer Experience to provide cross-functional leadership across teams responsible for growth, engagement, and value creation. The role oversees international markets, language programs, digital acceleration and marketing, events, membership, and partnerships, aligning their strategies and plans with revenue, customer experience, engagement, and organizational impact. The executive will turn business intelligence into development opportunities, new services, strategic partnerships, and diversified revenue. They will also collaborate with senior leaders to align growth priorities with execution capabilities, organizational performance, and long-term sustainability.
Candidates should hold a college degree in business, marketing, management, economics, or a related field, and have senior leadership experience in growth, revenue development, and customer experience. A record of growing and diversifying revenue, developing offerings or markets, evolving business models, and improving customer or member journeys is required. The role calls for strong commercial judgment, data-driven decision-making, and experience leading cross-functional teams and strategic partnerships. Experience with B2B, B2G, and complex stakeholder relationships is important; familiarity with governance bodies or membership-based and economic development organizations is an asset.
