About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis to take on a pivotal role in the enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and performance analytics for its growth-stage SaaS business. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader, directly involved in building and stress-testing financial models, and translating the resulting data into strategic decisions.
This role demands a professional with over 10 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A leadership, and a proven track record of being deeply engaged in financial modeling. Experience in a SaaS or recurring-revenue business is essential, with a strong understanding of key financial metrics such as ARR, NRR, churn, cohort, and unit economics analysis.
The VP, FP&A will also be expected to have exposure to financial transactions and a working knowledge of what it means to be 'diligence-ready.'

Executive presence, strong judgment, and the ability to prioritize effectively are key attributes.
While not mandatory, experience in M&A diligence, post-acquisition integration, and a CPA, CFA, or MBA qualification are considered advantageous.
