About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff, a pivotal role in the organization's leadership and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will be the senior physician leader, bringing a strong physician voice to enterprise decision-making and shaping the clinical strategy, culture, and performance. This includes providing strategic leadership to the medical, dental, midwifery, and extended class nursing staff, strengthening physician engagement, and championing the highest standards of quality, patient safety, and professional practice. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for building alignment around complex decisions and translating the organization's strategy into improved outcomes for patients and communities.

The role requires a candidate with an MD and certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or the College of Family Physicians of Canada, at least 10 years of clinical practice experience, and a minimum of 5 years of progressively senior physician leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have an existing clinical practice at the company or the ability to establish one. They should be adept at leading through influence, navigating complexity, and have a strong history of engaging physicians, developing clinical leaders, and addressing performance and accountability with sound judgment.
