The Company is seeking a President & CEO to provide strategic, operational, and cultural leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the long-term direction of the organization, ensuring disciplined execution of strategy, and leading a high-performing executive team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the company's strong record of operational excellence while championing innovation and continuous improvement.
