The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the integration of AI into the core of its product and engineering teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the AI technology strategy, owning the full technical architecture, and ensuring that AI is at the forefront of all development. This role demands a hands-on approach, with the CTO expected to be deeply involved in all aspects of AI, from model selection and fine-tuning to the deployment of agentic systems at scale. The CTO will also be tasked with setting the technical direction, holding the team accountable to high standards, and being a key player in the design and code processes.
