The Company is in search of a Senior Legal Counsel to join its dynamic and high-performing legal team. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic business partner, providing value-added legal advice and recommendations to support the company's leadership teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's strategies, programs, and initiatives comply with the law and in managing a wide range of legal issues, including business development, procurement, M&A, and commercial real estate.
The Senior Legal Counsel will also be responsible for leading and managing a team, mentoring legal staff, and fostering a culture of continuous development and proactive change.
