The work requires demolition methods, project costing, tender preparation, and practical project handovers. You will assess risks, interpret construction documents, and coordinate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed demolition estimates, proposals, and bid submissions
- Review drawings, specifications, DSS reports, and tender documents
- Complete quantity takeoffs and assess project costs

Requirements:
