Executive Assistant supporting the President and COO through confidential records management, scheduling, Board coordination, and office operations. The position provides administrative leadership within Conestoga Meats.
This Executive Assistant supports senior leaders with reports, presentations, communications, meetings, travel, and document management. The position also coordinates Board materials, minutes, action items, expenses, donations, and share-related information. Success requires discretion, organization, Microsoft Office knowledge, strong communication, and initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain executive records, version control, retention, and confidentiality
- Organize schedules and manage incoming executive communications
- Coordinate Board meetings, agendas, logistics, and materials
- Prepare presentations, minutes, expense reports, and documents
- Coordinate office operations, vendors, supplies, and facilities needs
Requirements:
- Three to five years supporting senior-level management
- Post-secondary business education or equivalent practical experience
- In-depth Microsoft Office knowledge and strong computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion, sound judgment, organization, accuracy, and initiative
