  • Lead integration efforts with third-party fax platforms, EHR systems, and healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
  • Guide the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
  • Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and security teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Provide technical mentorship and leadership to engineers across multiple teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in system performance, reliability, and observability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a technical leadership or staff-level role.
  • Deep expertise in hybrid cloud architectures, including Azure and private data center deployments.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
  • Extensive experience with document processing, fax protocols, and healthcare data formats (e.g., PDF, TIFF, HL7, FHIR).
  • Proven track record of delivering secure, compliant, and scalable systems in regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Bicep, Terraform).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage.
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability platforms and standards.
  • Background in modernizing legacy systems and leading cloud migration efforts.
