This Front Desk Supervisor role supports daily Front Office operations at an all-suite hotel. You will lead shifts when managers are absent, uphold brand standards, and help associates deliver personalized guest experiences. The position combines supervision, reservations, guest requests, operational reporting, and payment reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support Front Desk Associates during daily operations
- Lead shifts in a manager's absence
- Process check-ins, checkouts, reservations, and guest requests
- Coach associates and support onboarding and training
- Reconcile transactions, cash logs, and Night Audit reports
Requirements:
- Previous leadership or senior Front Desk experience
- Full-service hotel experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Property management systems and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Availability for varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
