This coordinator supports Flight Operations through scheduling, administration, communication, and regulatory compliance. The work includes pilot training schedules, simulator bookings, operational tracking, and department logistics. Strong organization, judgment, and analytical problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain schedules for approximately 120 pilots
- Coordinate simulator bookings, instructors, aircraft resources, and training events
- Monitor schedule compliance, readiness, coverage, and resource availability
- Respond to absences, delays, deployments, and schedule changes
- Coordinate travel, accommodations, and departmental logistics
Requirements:
- Minimum one year in aviation or complex operations
- Experience with crew scheduling, planning, or workforce coordination
- Proficiency with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and tracking systems
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Flexible availability for evenings and weekends when required
