Lead complex IT projects using SDLC and ITIL knowledge while coordinating teams, schedules, stakeholders, resources, risks, and delivery priorities. The IT Project Manager oversees system projects and programs with moderate to high complexity. This role assembles teams, identifies resources, and develops schedules. It also manages stakeholder partnerships, project risks, system scope, objectives, and program interdependencies. Key Responsibilities:
Assemble project teams and identify appropriate execution resources Develop and maintain schedules for timely completion Manage stakeholder partnerships and mitigate project lifecycle risks Coordinate activities around system scope, objectives, and roles Apply SDLC and ITIL frameworks to technology issues Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field Experience selecting, designing, and implementing IT solutions Passion for continuously improving consumer experiences Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred Experience with health solutions industry preferred Apply IT project leadership, stakeholder management, SDLC, and ITIL knowledge across complex systems and programs.
