The Full Stack Tech Lead will be responsible for leading the development of scalable web and mobile applications, ensuring best practices in front-end and back-end development, cloud integration, and DevOps automation. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead front-end development using Vue.js and associated frameworks.
- Drive back-end development leveraging .NET, Node.js, or Java for robust services.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless database integration.
- Oversee cloud deployments and DevOps processes including CI/CD and containerization.
- Ensure adherence to accessibility standards and web performance best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Maintain high standards of code quality through unit and integration testing.
- Prepare technical documentation and contribute to architectural decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Vue.js.
- Expertise in Tailwind CSS, Vuetify 3, Vitest, and Accessibility (A11y).
- Knowledge or experience developing mobile applications using React Native.
- Experience with .NET, Node.js, or Java for backend services.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database integration.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Strong unit testing and integration testing experience.
- Familiarity with SASS, W3C Web Standards, and Web Performance.
- Proficiency in Webpack.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Technical writing and documentation skills.
