The work includes Windows 10 and 11, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, OneDrive, Exchange Server, networking, printers, and mobile devices. You will resolve incidents and service requests while documenting detailed updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily onsite, face-to-face technical support
- Diagnose hardware, software, printer, and networking issues
- Install, image, replace, and onboard user devices
- Document knowledge and track hardware or software incidents
- Support Level 1 Helpdesk calls during peak periods
Requirements:
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows, Android, and iOS operating systems
- Understanding of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and SIM connectivity
- Valid driver's license and vehicle for occasional local travel
- Ability to lift computers, hardware, and printers
