ComPsych seeks licensed behavioral health clinicians to support employees and household members through its Employee Assistance Program. Independent providers deliver short-term counseling aligned with ComPsych's clinical standards. The work addresses personal, professional, and life challenges, including workplace stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, grief, and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver short-term, solution-focused EAP counseling in person
- Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
- Provide practical strategies, coping skills, and stabilization
- Document clinical services accurately and promptly
- Coordinate intake, referrals, authorizations, and case management
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in behavioral health
- At least three years of post-master's clinical experience
- Highest-level professional accreditation or registration
- Active professional liability insurance where applicable
- Current resume or curriculum vitae
