ComPsych is seeking skilled behavioral health clinicians to join our EAP Provider Network. In this independent role, you will provide high-quality counseling focused on practical strategies and coping skills tailored to individual needs. The position emphasizes face-to-face interactions to support those facing workplace stress, anxiety, grief, and other behavioral health concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide short-term EAP counseling services in-person
- Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
- Support clients managing work-life balance and relationship challenges
- Maintain clinical documentation as per regulatory standards
- Coordinate care with ComPsych's clinical processes
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in behavioral health
- Minimum 2 years of post-master's clinical experience
- Professional accreditation or registration
- Active liability insurance coverage
- Recent resume or CV submission
