ComPsych is seeking experienced behavioral health clinicians for its Employee Assistance Program. As an EAP Network Provider, you'll provide short-term, solution-focused counseling delivered face-to-face within your community. This position encourages ethical and client-centered care aligned with ComPsych's model and clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person EAP counseling services to employees
- Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
- Support clients with workplace stress, anxiety, and relationship issues
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation per professional standards
- Coordinate with ComPsych for case management and referrals
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in behavioral health
- At least 3 years of clinical experience post-masters
- Professional accreditation or registration required
- Active liability insurance coverage where applicable
