As a Business Analyst, Workforce Strategy, you will analyze labour cost drivers, overtime, absenteeism, and productivity. You will support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning across operations. The position combines UKG Workforce Management expertise, advanced Excel, and business intelligence reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze labour costs, overtime, absenteeism, and productivity trends
- Support labour forecasting, budgeting, and workforce planning
- Identify systemic risks across Compass Canada Group operations
- Design UKG and BI reports and dashboards
- Support UKG enhancements, testing, and adoption initiatives
Requirements:
- Five to eight years in workforce or operations analytics
- Experience with ERP Workforce Management systems
- UKG Workforce Management experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and Power BI preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills
