- Manage calls, inboxes, calendars, requests, and reception activities
- Coordinate rooms, catering, name tags, and visitor requirements
- Maintain client-ready reception, meeting, workspace, and hospitality areas
- Collaborate with Workplace Services, Facilities, Security, Technology Support, and vendors
Requirements:
- Experience in reception, hospitality, concierge, or office administration

- Ability to move supplies and catering items weighing up to 40 pounds
