Café Food Service Supervisor

Support café patrons through positive service while supervising menu production, associates, and daily operations across multiple food service units.

Compass seeks Food Service Supervisors who can assist Shift Managers and lead operational execution. You will coordinate staff schedules, hire and train employees, oversee cash readings, and address patron issues promptly. The role also includes weekly reporting for inventories, sales revenue, labor, and food costs. Success requires catering knowledge, FoodSafe Level 1 Certification, strong communication, and supervisory capability. Employee relations experience in a unionized environment is an asset. Microsoft Office knowledge supports reporting and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate positively with café patrons and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

• At least one year of strong food industry management experience
• Knowledge of food service catering
• FoodSafe Level 1 Certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Office knowledge
