Reporting to the Regional Manager, this Property Manager oversees operations, staffing, planning, and resident relations across a residential land lease community. The position combines property and people management, customer service, financial oversight, and community maintenance. Compass operates over 70 communities across eight provinces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact for residents and resolve concerns
- Manage, train, and supervise administrative and maintenance staff
- Conduct property tours and inspect infrastructure and common areas
- Manage budgets, financial transactions, procurement, and payroll
- Enforce safety procedures and oversee fire safety compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of relevant experience
- Property management background preferred
- Experience managing budgets, staff, and resident relations
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
