Requirements:
- Deep understanding of data visualization tools, data modeling, and business strategy
- At least 2-3 years of experience leading and managing a team of BI analysts and developers with the ability to lead and motivate a team, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 5+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data-related roles with relevant professional certifications
- Proven expertise in design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable BI solutions that support cross-functional business needs
- Strong expertise in SQL, data warehouses, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with ETL processes and data modeling techniques.
Duties:
- Lead and manage a team of BI analysts and developers
- Monitor performance of BI systems and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop, communicate, and enforce data governance standards and best practices
- Creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable BI solutions
