Security Guard - Scheduling/Admin Support - Kelowna Airport YLW
Commissionaires BC is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Security Professional to join our team at Kelowna Airport in an administrative and scheduling support position. If you have strong computer skills, scheduling experience, and enjoy supporting operations behind the scenes, we'd like to hear from you.
Position Available: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 8am till 12pm
Payrate: $22.66/hr
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Site Supervisor with scheduling and coverageat the site
- Working with assigned guards for any compliance issues
- Assisting Site Supervisor with payroll submission
- Following Commissionaires BC processes for site absences, vacation requests and other leave requests by site staff
- Supporting the Site Supervisor with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Your Must-Haves:
- BC Security License
- You have resided in Canada for 5+ years and have the ability to successfully obtain a government clearance (RAIC)
- Comfortable using a computer
- Excellent problem solving skills
- You can work under pressure
- Previous scheduling or administrative experience
Your Nice-To-Haves:
- OFA(occupational First Aid)Level 1
