Commissionaires BC seeks guards for its casual on call Reserves Division team. You will work across varied sites and locations, supporting public and client safety. The position includes patrols, CCTV monitoring, escorts, access verification, and emergency response.
Key Responsibilities:
- Escort individuals to and from Uncontrolled Areas
- Verify Temporary Passes against Lost and stolen lists
- Maintain visual contact during construction worker escorts
- Monitor CCTV and patrol various sites
- Record incidents and communicate concerns to supervisors
Requirements:
- Hold a valid BC Security License
- Hold OFA 1 certification
- Have lived in Canada for over five years
- Remain available across various sites and locations
- Demonstrate excellent communication and problem solving
