The Columbia Shuswap Regional District (CSRD) is seeking a permanent full-time Plan Checker I based in Salmon Arm, BC. You will coordinate and examine plans and specifications accompanying building inspections to ensure compliance with the BC Building Code, CSRD Building Bylaw, and other bylaws.
Working under the Manager of Building and Bylaw Services, you will provide high-level customer service, advise external clients, and review building applications and inspections to ensure efficient operations.
