Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure operations standards and satisfactory audit results
- Monitor sales and service goals across the branch
- Coach teams using Client and Business Financial Review
- Manage, train, and coach Tellers
- Oversee opening, closing, wires, collections, and branch controls
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Three years of retail banking experience required
- Two years of management experience preferred
- Strong training, mentoring, and leadership skills
- Register as a Bank MLO under SAFE Act requirements
