Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, you will attract and screen diverse candidates for specialized operations roles. The position covers a four-to-five-month leave and emphasizes candidate and hiring manager experience. You will partner with managers, directors, and stakeholders throughout hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria with managers
- Post jobs and manage advertising processes
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
- Screen candidates and recommend qualified applicants
- Coordinate feedback, offers, and recruiting database accuracy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent human resources experience
- Bilingual French and English communication skills required
- At least five years managing recruitment highly preferred
- Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Lever
- Proven negotiation, sourcing, and candidate assessment abilities
