As The Successful Applicant, You Will Do The Following
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients
- You will use supportive, therapeutic, palliative and rehabilitative approaches to help patients achieve their optimal level of health
- Provide care and support to patients and families
- Work collaboratively with our interprofessional team to deliver safe, coordinated, and high-quality patient care
What You'll Bring
Required
- Registration with the College of Nurses as an RPN
Preferred
- Coronary Care 1 certification
- One year of appliable nursing experience
- Experience using Meditech Expanse
