Key Responsibilities:
- Build client relationships and serve as primary project contact
- Lead large capital programs and infrastructure projects
- Manage clients, consultants, and multiple project stakeholders
- Control documents, schedules, costs, and project reporting
- Chair meetings and resolve project issues
Requirements:
- University degree or diploma in engineering or architecture
- Minimum five years coordinating and managing infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of construction methods, project models, and financial management
- Experience with municipal planning, tenders, and tender awards
- Engineering designation required; PMP considered an asset
