As Business Development Manager, you will support annual business development plans and sales targets across business units, programs, and sectors. You will focus on net new clients while collaborating with Principals, Account Managers, Vice Presidents, marketing, and pursuit teams. The position supports capital building and infrastructure projects through lead generation, market analysis, proposals, and sales mentoring. Key Responsibilities:
Establish annual and quarterly sales targets with business leaders Grow sales through new account acquisition and pipeline development Research local markets, competitors, sectors, and target opportunities Nurture prospective client relationships and secure specific opportunities Track business development activities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Requirements:
Minimum five years of business development experience Experience in project management, consulting, construction, design, or real estate Experience executing sales plans and exceeding quotas Strong relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and listening skills Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Bring sales leadership, local connections, and relationship-building expertise to Colliers Project Leaders’ Vancouver growth strategy.
