You will guide pursuits, understand procurement environments, and build relationships with clients and industry partners.
You will also coach practitioners and develop Healthcare champions across Business Units.
Key
Responsibilities:
Execute regional Healthcare growth plans and achieve annual sales targets
Identify priority markets, strategic accounts, and net new business
Lead pursuits using sector expertise and client insight
Build relationships with Healthcare organizations and industry partners
Monitor pipelines, sales information, forecasting, and opportunity management
Requirements:
Ten years' Healthcare sector experience strongly preferred
Five years' sales or business development experience required
Demonstrated consultative sales and competitive pursuit experience
Strong Healthcare market, procurement, and capital project understanding
Ability to influence stakeholders across a matrix organization
