This Project Administrator supports project delivery across building and facilities work. Relevant environments include healthcare, education, and commercial mixed-use projects with varying scope and complexity. You will help teams manage documentation, stakeholder communications, project controls, and administrative workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track action items, decisions, deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Coordinate communications among consultants, contractors, clients, and stakeholders
- Maintain contact lists, distribution lists, databases, and project records
- Assist procurement and contract administration activities as required
- Improve administrative processes, templates, and project workflows
Requirements:
- Two or more years of project administration or related experience
- Construction, consulting, or project delivery experience is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and client-service skills
- Project management or document management systems experience is an asset
