Colliers Project Leaders Canada is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to join our Construction Solutions team. You will dig deep into design and constructability options to optimize client projects, bringing hands-on design, cost estimating, and construction experience to the owner's side.
You will engage with owners, architects and engineers to optimize cost, schedule, quality and constructability, while leading design-assist teams and developing CMPs for permitting and logistics.
