- 5+ years of related work experience.
- To be a member in good standing of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec and have an established business portfolio.
- Standout collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Argus Enterprise (preferred).
